We operate exclusively on the basis of the German Freight Forwarders’ Standard Terms and Conditions (ADSp). Where these do not apply, the Logistics Terms and Conditions shall apply.

The ADSp and the Logistics Terms and Conditions apply in their latest respective versions and can be accessed at www.logflex.de.

Our liability is generally limited to the following maximum amounts:

(a) under the ADSp: for damage to goods, liability is limited to €5/kg; for multimodal transports involving sea carriage, to 2 SDR/kg; and in any case to a total of €1 million per year. Clause 27 ADSp does not apply to transport operations subject to the Montreal Convention.

(b) under the Logistics Terms and Conditions: €20,000 per claim, €100,000 per series of claims, and in any case a total of €500,000 per year.
